Danny has been a phenomenal training principal and been extremely helpful in helping to guide me through my training contract, along with ensuring my appraisals are fully understood and that I can work on aspects to develop myself as a trainee. He is extremely approachable and always has time for a chat, while also being very friendly in the office.
