About Us

Launched in 2004, the LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards aim to recognise the best recruiters and trainers among law firms.

Since 2004, the LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards have celebrated the best recruiters and trainers among law firms.

The awards results are based on an extensive yearly survey of trainee and newly qualified solicitors. Survey respondents are asked to frankly assess their own experiences and score their firm on a number of criteria related to the recruitment, training, work placement scheme and training principal.

About Us

In 2007 we introduced the Commendation for Diversity, which is awarded to a firm that goes to great lengths to ensure that its workplace is representative of the community it serves. The Commendation for Diversity is aimed at ensuring that beacons of good diversity practice are visible and spur on the rest of the profession. Below you will find information about the firms that have excelled and taken home one of the coveted LCN awards.
